Return Policy – WIS Straps

At WIS Straps, we stand behind the quality of our watch straps and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy on eligible items.


30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The strap must be unworn and unused

  • It must be in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@wisstraps.com.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a strap is to:

  1. Return the original eligible item

  2. Place a new order for the desired strap

This ensures quicker processing and inventory availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@wisstraps.com with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We will make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Cut-to-Size straps

  • Custom or Bespoke straps

  • Elastic straps

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


WIS Lifetime Warranty

Our WIS Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to rubber watch straps purchased directly from wisstraps.com.

The lifetime warranty does not apply to:

  • Leather watch straps

  • Sailcloth straps

  • Woven nylon straps

  • Elastic straps

  • Cut-to-Size straps

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal wear conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
