What Are WIS Watch Straps Made Of?

WIS Straps are crafted using only premium materials sourced from around the world. Our leather straps are made in Italy from the finest exotic leathers. Our rubber straps use a silicone rubber blend that’s hypoallergenic and safe on the skin. Our Nato straps are woven from tightly knit nylon for strength and comfort, and our sailcloth straps are made from FKM waterproof material that mimics the look and texture of fabric. Every strap is carefully assembled in Dallas, Texas, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Order Cancellation Request

If you’d like to cancel your order before it ships, email us at support@wisstraps.com with your order number and a note requesting cancellation. You’ll receive a full refund as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Once your order has shipped, it can’t be canceled but can be returned following our standard return process.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, we can make changes to your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us at support@wisstraps.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

What is WIS Straps lifetime warranty?

Yes, all WIS Rubber Straps are backed by a lifetime warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Please note, this warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or intentional harm. Replacement straps sent under warranty include a small shipping fee: $15 for U.S. orders and $25 for international orders.

Does WIS Straps Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our offices in Dallas, Texas United States.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

For more information on possible fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. WIS Straps is not responsible for any customs charges or delays that may occur.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, standard USPS shipping will be used.

For international orders, we ship via UPS. Shipping costs vary by destination, typically ranging from $20 to $55. Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

From time to time, we offer free worldwide shipping promotions—contact our customer service team to see if your country qualifies.

What if my package has been lost or stolen?

What is your domestic return policy?

We hope you love your WIS Strap! If your strap isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund. Simply contact us to request a return shipping label — once your strap is received and inspected by our team at WIS Straps, we’ll promptly issue your refund or send out your replacement.

All items must be returned in their original product packaging unopened, unused, and undamaged.
