What is WIS Straps return policy?

WIS Watch Straps offers a lifetime warranty. You may exchange or return your WIS Strap for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unworn and in perfect condition. We can not accept products that have been damaged from misuse or normal wear and tear. Please ship your WIS strap in its full original packaging, and email: support@wisstraps.com with your confirmation number in order to receive your return label. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

All WIS Straps are shipped out immediately within one business day from the time you placed your order.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m MST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same business day. 

Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, timing may vary. Please do not hesitate to contact: support@wisstraps.com and we will be happy to locate your package and relay a more accurate estimated arrival time.

How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
Does WIS Straps ship internationally?
Yes, WIS does ship worldwide! If your international order incurs taxes or duties, please contact your local customs authority. WIS is not responsible for the payment of duties & import taxes.

Are WIS Straps waterproof?

Yes, all WIS Watch Straps rubber bands are full weather proof and made from a blend of quality materials curated for the longevity of luxury timepieces.

I can't find my watch

WIS Watch Straps fit many more watch brands and models than what is listed on our site. If your model isn't listed, then please refer to your watch's lug width and shop our WIS Straps by lug width. If you would like to know if we fit your watch, please submit the name, model, and image to: support@wisstraps.com

How do I switch or install my WIS Strap?

Installation of WIS Straps is simple and easy with its quick release mechanism. The watch strap comes with case pins already installed, so locate the notch on the backside of the band and slide it down. This will pull the case pins inward, making it fast and easy to install and detach your new watch strap. For removal of the existing strap or bracelet, it may require a spring bar tool to release the case pins. To Remove Existing Strap: While using a spring bar tool, gently locate the case pin on the inside of the lug and bring it towards the center until it releases. Depending on the watch model, installation of WIS straps may require specific tools. If you can't locate the brand of your watch on our tools page, please contact: support@wisstraps.com and we are here to help. To Remove Existing Strap: While using the WIS spring bar tool, gently locate the case pin on the inside of the lug and bring towards the center until it releases. To Install WIS Strap: WIS straps come with a preinstalled buckle and case pins, so locate the case pin hole and line up the strap. Then use our spring bar tool to push in the opposite side.

How to use discount codes?

At checkout on the right side of the screen, there will be a box underneath the product's name labled " Discount Code." Please enter your code and hit Apply.

What if I need a longer or shorter watch strap?

All of our watch straps are able to be adjusted to multiple lengths and sizes. We do not accept customized orders, but we will be relesasing two different length straps soon.

Do WIS Straps fit the same as OEM straps?

Yes, we ensure a secure and perfect fitment with WIS Straps.
