I ordered the desert vein white alligator strap in 20mm for my watch and unfortunately, the strap was a bit too wide and was damaged when installing it. I reached out to customer support and they immediately offered an exact replacement or advised to maybe replace it with 19mm which is what I did. From start to finish, Wis straps have been extremely easy to deal with and have shown shown nothing but exemplary customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more straps from them.
